Custom Fields

The really exciting feature of the Search Plus integration are the custom Fields and custom Operators.
Custom Fields are fields, you could output within the ListView and also you are able to use within the build in Conditions. Because of the structure, you could not use them within the Advanced Conditions. (Maybe later)

Build in custom Fields

Product Prices per Pricelist

Show price of a Product you configure in a Pricelist within one Overview. One Field per Pricelist you setup.

Count of Relations

Within core relations:

  • Count of Documents, related to an Asset
  • Count of Assets, related to a Product

You could add more Relations in file extends/field/relations.inc.php.

Total Invoice SUM and COUNT for Organization

Maybe the most important custom field, already implemented.

  • Output the SUM of open Invoices an Organization must pay.
  • Output the total Count of Invoices, an Organization have

Build in custom operators

You could use the following conditions within the Advanced Conditions.

Filter Records, which have related Documents. Available for ID column
